In recent years, China's Internet has witnessed rapid development, as of December 2009, our country already has 384 million Internet users, but the proportion of online shopping and online shopping far advanced compared to the U.S., the number of online shopping and huge development potential, market space great, as long as the SMEs to carry out online transactions, it must be harvested. Online shopping has many advantages over the traditional way of shopping, can help companies reduce costs and improve efficiency, breaking business dealings on the time and space constraints, convenient for both businesses and consumers benefit. Although China is currently maturing B2C online shopping platform, but there are still some problems to be solved, some websites feature inadequate, messy layout, backward technology, the use of complex, has severely limited the development of B2C business. This thesis is aimed at these existing problems, and strive to develop an SME-oriented advanced technology, easy to use, friendly interface, low-cost B2C Online Shopping Mall. Well-known e-commerce sites in the study on the basis of this thesis, the application ASP.net, Dreamweaver technology, combined with Microsoft SQL Server 2000 database developed for SMEs B2C Online Shopping Mall. This paper analyzes the steps according to the system, detailing the system requirements, database design, page design, system implementation stages of the content, design, completed the user registration and login, product search browsing, shopping cart implementation, order fulfillment and payment and other functional modules . This paper analyzes the background and significance of system development, introduction of domestic and foreign research status and e-commerce related concepts, followed by a detailed analysis and description of the system's overall design of the system requirements and architecture for a comprehensive analysis, and finally on the part of modules in detail design and implementation, and analyze system security program. The system realizes the development of a small B2C online store target.
