Abstract


The traditional university titles RAE mainly artificial accreditation mainly because participating personnel and review of numerous functions , serial complex review process , the paper reviewed the reasons for poor liquidity materials , a direct result of low efficiency College Title assessment , the time cycle is long, manual operation error rate , the assessment process was fair , open and impartiality can not be guaranteed and other problems . Therefore there is an urgent need for a review of information systems college titles , making the annual title assessment can accurately and quickly carried out . In this paper, university titles evaluation of network management information system design and implementation as the goal to computer and network technology as the basic means to propose a set of network-based assessment of the forms of business titles , management and services, will be systematically RAE titles integration through information management technology , mining information flow and characteristics associated factors established for the reporting person , the personnel department , the assessment and other relevant departments involved in the different roles of information processing and transfer mode, set the corresponding function modules and data flow , well done all aspects of job evaluation functions and database design and implementation. The system will not only be able to review management titles provide reliable technical support and operating environment, to solve the traditional assessment of the lack of job evaluation can also improve the modernization level of management and administration for the title of the scientific decision making. The system uses B / S mode network technology , the use of J2EE technology , the SQL Server 2000 database platform for development . At present, the system has been put into use, runs well, its functionality and performance to meet the school title appraisal management department of job evaluation work management needs, but also fully embodies practicality, reliability and normative , and other system development and design , with good reference value.
