Abstract


In the software industry, agile development has become numerous efficient team success. It not only by many small and medium-sized companies favored in global a top enterprises, agile has also popular, influenced by many senior project managers and the developer’s praise highly. Euramerican software enterprise, nearly half the enterprise has adopt agile methods are developed. Most agile enterprise, has not yet applied for its understanding also, and many in the plans. China’s foreign, outsourcing companies and many famous enterprises are beginning to use the agile methods. For example, tencent internal almost all the development team are enforcing agility.Agile methods for these enterprises also has brought great benefits. According to industry senior personage and engaging in agile consultation service company discloses, adopt agile development team will generally improve the efficiency of 3-10 times, the software quality also had more reliable guarantee. Meanwhile, the application of agile development within to each member of the team provides the good development opportunities. Their technology and cooperation level can be response enhancement. Agile success came from its applicability and team approach itself for its understanding and the reasonable application.And in the present China’s software development enterprise, the development team smaller scale. About 10 people the following project team rates as high as about 64 percent, while the project team of more than 50 people only 5% or so; Between 10 to 20 people the project team of the proportion of the scale to 23%. For project development team miniaturization trend, request software development team needs software delivery speed increase rapidly. Just agile development methods fit this cultural needs. This paper is based on open source software, PHP construct a small frame management structure agile projects. Can realize product management, task management, testing management, and other functions. Through the software to realize the project team can promote the communication way, development team and user feedback to promote product development process. Continuous integration will constantly changing demands integrated into the product in the center.
