Abstract


Nowadays, the trend of economic globalization has spread all over the industries. In the open environment, clients become more and more diversified and hard to control. In order to take the whole situation into consideration and plan accordingly, the establishment of informationization based on network environment has become a hotspot in each industry. Publishing industry is no longer a reserved land keeping from market rules after the system reform. Facing the worldwide keen competition, merge and acquisition, globalization and collectivization, many publishing companies are beginning to raise the ERP system establishment to their agenda. ERP not only helps each department communicate and coordinate work, share information, but also provides timely and accurate data reference for management strategy.Publishing industry is different from other manufacturing enterprises. As the general media of knowledge and information transmission, it has particularity in the realm of ideology, and it is closed and lag in the industry marketization. The informationization establishment is not the general application of information technology in publishing, but a brand-new innovation of management concept in a higher level. It will greatly influence the traditional publishing pattern, management mode and the development of publishers. Publishing companies should devote fund to the equipment investment and technology updating, also change the management mode and method to establish the informationization.ERP is playing an important role in companies’informationization establishment. In recent years, many publishing companies are beginning to or have established their ERP system, but it is still on the preliminary stage compared with other industries. On one hand, it often can’t associate with the real operation needs in the system scheme, on the other way, on the other hand, it lacks of the development and optimization, and makes the application can’t reach the expected profit target.From the angel of ERP establishment of publishing companies, in connection with the intension and target of informationization, the dissertation probes into how to overcome the financial weakness in process, realize single item cost calculation and control, to reach the delicacy management target.
