Abstract


After five rectify the trust industry in our country towards the path of standardized operation of the regression of the industry , the rapid development . 2007 , the sixth of the trust industry rectify kicked off domestic trust companies to return to the trust of the industry , be issued a lot of trust products , after the outbreak of the international financial crisis , the trust industry is to live up to expectations , upstream, following the bank , trust has become securities , insurance , China 's fourth largest financial pillar . At the same time , China's trust industry in its own development also faces many problems , especially in the huge hidden dangers lurking in the risk control . This article aims to systematic analysis of the risk of China 's trust industry and propose a risk measure , make a small contribution to China 's trust industry risk control , to provide theoretical guidance for the sustained and healthy development of China 's trust industry . This paper is divided into five chapters . The first chapter is the introduction of the paper describes the background and significance of the topic of this article , research purposes , the main innovation of the thesis research framework, as well as paper . The second chapter is a literature review , research trust risks at home and abroad . Chapter First Trust's risk classification , systemic risk and non - systematic risk , then summarizes the risks faced by the trust business in China , the actual performance and its deeper reason analysis . Chapter one can measure a trust company can measure risk . Chapter V , respectively, from the point of view of internal , external , business and institutional trust company risk control strategy .
