Abstract


The rise of intermediary business in the 1970s , financial liberalization and financial innovation wave . With the in-depth development of financial markets , information technology , financial theory , financial increasingly competitive , commercial banks continue to accelerate the innovation of products, services and technology to enhance the comprehensive service capabilities . Commercial banks internal and external business environment , and promote the intermediate business and emerging business development and diversification of sources of profits . In recent years, financial globalization , economic integration , the process of marketization of interest rates continues to accelerate , intermediate business innovation has become an important development strategy of commercial banks . As domestic commercial banks significant new profit growth point , the intermediary business innovation more and more domestic Banking important , it not only helps to improve the profitability of the commercial banks in China , optimize the allocation of resources , but also helping to spread the operational risks , improve their competitiveness.
