Abstract


This paper first described the theory of financial liberalization , including financial repression and financial deepening theory and the theory of financial liberalization in the 1990s, the development . On this basis , combined with Israel twice since 1977 and the mid-1980s , financial liberalization reform practice , and discusses the characteristics of the existing financial system in its pre-reform , reform measures and the reform of the results achieved , comparative analysis twice financial liberalization reforms into defeat reason . This paper argues that the initial stability of the macroeconomic environment , the pace of change and the order of the difference , the degree of development of the domestic financial market , and the ability to monitor capital flows information is the most critical of several factors affect the success of two financial liberalization reform . Finally , this paper presents the Enlightenment to the reform of China's financial liberalization .
