Abstract

Series model is structured model of a classical model has been widely used in the field of natural language processing, computer vision, bio - informatics . Its model and algorithm research and improvement , is of great significance and practical value . In the past few years , researchers sequence model achieved certain results , but there are still many issues worthy of exploration , we conducted in-depth research on a number of issues of the series model . First, based label classified to maximize spaced , overcome the traditional optimization classification interval maximization method tends to make the entire sequence of the largest interval , and ignores the correctness of the local label shortcomings . By label classification maximum interval criteria instead of online passive - active algorithm parameter update process optimization goal , a new online algorithm . And compared to the original algorithm is verified by experiments that the algorithm enables the the sequence annotation performance is improved . Secondly, the paper also online passive active parallel algorithm research , the training process of the online passive - active algorithm has been modified , the passive active algorithm parallelization online . And theoretically proved that parallel algorithms have the same classification as with the original algorithm cumulative error upper bound , and the correctness of the parallel algorithm is verified by experiments , tested the algorithm on a distributed platform to reach a certain speedup , to take advantage of the computing power of multi-core platform provides a viable and effective solution . In this paper, the two problems related to online active-passive algorithm for sequence labeling , the model and algorithm , the improved algorithm is verified by experiment performance improvement .
