Abstract


With the social and economic development , improvement of living standards , people are more and more attention to their own health . Traditional care delivery model is increasingly difficult to meet the needs of social development . Resolve the \The rapid development of modern communications technology and software technology for medical information technology industry, the road to provide support and protection. Based on this background , the paper proposes to build a telemedicine system based on HL7 engine . The telemedicine system not only to achieve a long-distance patient diagnosis , more established between the hospital and the patient , a new collaboration between hospitals manner ; HL7 engine , making the system and external agencies , such as the health insurance system , other medical institutions for seamless data transfer between the entire medical industry bodies united into a whole , to provide more comprehensive services . In this paper, the analysis of the status of the development of telemedicine and medical activities , summarized the main function of the telemedicine system and demand , design a telemedicine systems and core business processes ; based on ASP.NET MVC pattern . NET platform , ADO . the NET, XMLDOM technology , the detailed design and implementation of the telemedicine system , message center , patient search , patient medical records management sub-module . Introduced the basic principles of the American Health Information transmission standards (HL7 standard ) ; proposed according to the HL7 standard , HL7 RIM model describes the system through the analysis of the HL7 specification documents , the establishment of a viable HL7 message building and parsing implementation model ; patient information ; Finally, the XMLDOM technology implementation and application system sub- module of the HL7 engine .
