Abstract


Energy shortages have become the constraints factor to economic development, people had begun to actively seek solution when they realized this issue. Renewable energy has been developed in this background, wind power clean as a high-quality energy is being paid wide attention. In this paper, on the basis of looking up the home and abroad literature about wind power current situation and the method of pricing, through investigations on the spot, connecting the NingXia wind project, analyzing the method of NingXia on-grid prices under the energy-saving dispatch and discussing the impact of on the grid wind to grid operating.
