Abstract


Demand grid investment projects funds , but the total amount of funds is limited . Grid project has the attribute of a single project of public goods benefits are difficult to measure , the lack of a reasonable standard to evaluate the project , which makes it difficult to determine grid portfolio in the case of funds constraint . The grid enterprises urgent need to study more scientific and practical approach to investment evaluation . This paper studies the investment evaluation and optimization method based theory of actual cases at home and abroad , on this basis , the combined analysis of investment management , and Grid Corporation of investment management mechanism . Establishment of the index system , power grid construction projects before the assessment , considering the social and reliability of the power grid construction projects , and gives the optimal portfolio model . By comparison algorithm to determine the reasonableness of the use of genetic algorithms . Finally, empirical analysis , there are strong practical significance .
