Abstract


With the increase in national income and national pursuit of quality of life, the desire tobuy the car of their growing strongly, which brought the booming auto companies. Autocompanies by rising production capacity to meet customer demand for vehicle number; Byconstantly updating and upgrading of products to meet customer demand technology contentand appearance of the vehicle with the vehicle.Increased customer demand for automobiles, the demand for the vehicle diversity,prompting car companies increasing vehicle project. Vehicle project mentioned herein,refers to economic benefits in the enterprise project management as the organization ’sactivities, the time involved from product design, through implementation of the programdesign, equipment procurement and installation, production start-up the final volume ends;departments involved include product design department, program implementationdepartment, quality assurance department, purchasing department, production managementand production workshop; investment involves investment includes investment intechnology and civil engineering equipment and the like, its investment enormous. Increasedvehicle project, bringing the huge investment expenditures of enterprises.The goal is the pursuit of corporate profits, investment spending is to obtain areasonable profit guarantee continuous, so how to manage the huge investment expenditure,the management issues facing the auto companies.This paper first discusses the investment management companies in the automotivepurposes, the importance of the business operations of investment management, investmentmanagement and improving the quality concerns of sustained profitability.Combined with the auto companies in the investment management purposes, describedthe current situation in most automotive companies Investment Management, analyzes thecurrent situation may bring problems.Thus proposed that in the case of automobile enterprise projects rapid growth stage, thevery need for a suitable car companies run investment management investment managementmodel to solve the problem, this management model through the systems and processes toensure their run through this model run, at all stages of the project to ensure a reasonableinvestment spending.Through the investment management concepts and theoretical basis of research, combined with the actual situation TJ auto companies investment management mode, theanalysis of its investment management model deficiencies spending measures for the lack ofproposed solutions.In this paper, the investment management mode for a range of investment managementare summarized.Included in the product design and implementation scheme design stage, involved in thedesign work and the estimated investment management mode, the implementation of auditand audit on the budget management model; investment in the project implementation stagemanagement and budgeting of the project change management models; and project summarystage of investment experience accumulated data management.Also made a sound investment management mode effective measures for thesignificance of risk aversion, and the protection of investment management.Stressed in the automotive business management, and improve the investmentmanagement model, the auto companies to maintain their competitiveness has a greatsignificance.
