Construction and implementation of the scientific performance management system is one of the key success factors for the power supply enterprise. To motivate staff continuously improve work performance, improve the overall performance level, changhe power supply company performance management has done many years, but there are still many problems, an urgent need from the system design, performance indicators, evaluation standards, assessment processes, assessment application of the results, and many make great efforts to rectification. In this paper, combine the requirements of higher authorities and the company’s actual reality, from the company strategy, integration of a variety of advanced management concept, proposed a set of performance management system meeting the practical and needs of changhe power supply company to raise the work effectively, the research result also have reference value to the implementation of performance management to other power companies.
