Abstract


With China's economic development and opening to the outside world continues to improve , communications equipment manufacturing industry restructuring and development resource-intensive industries from the 1990s to today's technology and capital-intensive industries , increasing exports of telecommunications equipment manufacturing industry in China , the domestic telecommunications equipment manufacturing companies ( mainly small and medium-sized enterprises ) also increased , indicating that China's telecommunications equipment manufacturing industry , whether domestic or international , from the main micro domestic enterprises to China's telecommunications equipment manufacturing industry , are fully accepted from international economic competition . In this paper, a review at home and abroad on the basis of international competitiveness , and communications equipment manufacturing industry internationally competitive research , analysis found that the international competitiveness of China's telecommunications equipment manufacturing industry actually has greatly improved over the last trade for comparison are significantly improvement , a large number of scientific and technological content and value-added products , among which , technology is a key factor for the industry remain competitive . Subsequently, a number of factors affecting China's telecommunications equipment manufacturing industry internationally competitive quantitative analysis results show that the RD investment in FDI as well as the degree of industrialization ( PRO ) has a positive impact on the international competitiveness of China's telecommunications equipment manufacturing industry , while fixed asset investment ( INV ) have a negative impact on the international competitiveness of China's telecommunications equipment manufacturing industry . On this basis , the countermeasures and suggestions are given two angles from the government and enterprises . The innovation of this paper lies in two aspects from the dynamic and static analysis of the problem , and construct a measure of the econometric model of China's telecommunications equipment manufacturing industry , an objective analysis of the factors that affect the international competitiveness , inadequate , not with foreign communications equipment manufacturing industry development level for comparison, did not break through the limitations of the current study of the issue .
