Abstract


In this paper, FAW Car Co., Ltd. as the research object, select FAW 2004-2008 financial statements and related financial data, using trend analysis , comparative analysis, ratio analysis , factor analysis and other methods , learn from the Harvard Analytical Framework , through accounting analysis FAW Car accounting information quality assessment , analysis and evaluation of enterprises through the financial solvency , operational capacity , profitability , capacity development and financial flexibility , the use of modified gravity score Volta , ROE factor analysis and factor analysis methods such as EVA comprehensive evaluation of enterprise operating conditions . Reasonable assumptions for financial forecasting , financial projections , based on the combination of business conditions and corporate strategies to maximize enterprise value as a financial strategy objectives, choosing sustainable growth based on EVA and financial strategy matrix analysis FAW matching of financial strategy , according to the company's future development trends, propose suitable for the development of financial strategies FAW recommendations . The analysis found that the FAW financial advantages are obvious, but the company 's gearing ratio is too low, the high cost of equity capital , did not effectively play the positive role of financial leverage , financial flexibility unstable individual asset operational efficiency is not high , future profitability by capacity greater constraints and other issues . In the investment strategy, should be eliminated FAW low efficiency and low efficiency of production lines , the adjustment of product structure, in the new capacity is not formed, due to increase in the proportion of high-end cars and marketing efforts should be based on debt as the preferred funding strategy , and with a high dividend strategy.
