Abstract


Research and Application of CAE simulation technology at home and abroad have caused a high degree of attention to achieve information integration and multi-task in the product design process, collaboration is the key link of the implementation of the system CAE . Manufacturing enterprises exist with information isolated resources discrete phenomenon has seriously hampered the development of manufacturing enterprises . The main line collaborative network environment CAE system design , multi-task interaction in networked manufacturing platform and its key technology . Relatively independent information system CAE process and task coordination is not enough , the collaborative CAE system based on a modular platform for information exchange model and system platform design using MVC, J2EE and database technology . System CAE analysis , the optimal choice for product design embodiment , the use of the Analytic Hierarchy Process to establish the evaluation system of decision-making program . For the elimination of the program evaluation due to demand caused by too subjective bias , the way to solve customers with the design and development staff combined weight set . Decision-making process in order to avoid a long time , the MFC technology design and development decision-making platform . The lack of systemic problems for the processing of the system the CAE connection technology , accumulated through literature review and project learning , review and summarize the common connection of finite element techniques and system CAE simulation technology to establish the finite element model of the double flap grab and solve the model . Using the Struts2 technology to grab collaborative design platform developed on the basis of the results of the above study , and describes the basic flow of the platform .
