Abstract


Performance Management is the core of the work of human resource management , but also the focus of the day-to-day management of the work . Core performance management performance appraisal . Performance management in order to play its role , we must have a performance appraisal system suitable for the actual situation . Therefore, building a set of scientific performance appraisal system to adapt to enterprise development strategy , thus contributing to raising the level of corporate performance , enhance core competitiveness has become a hotspot of management theory and practice . Firstly concepts and theories related to performance appraisal to clear enterprise performance appraisal purposes, principles , and comprehend the meaning of the indicators of performance appraisal , have a rational understanding of the performance appraisal . Second, the study of the theory and implementation of the performance appraisal system , clear performance appraisal system re- build the required knowledge , tools and methods and performance appraisal process used to do a comparison , at the same time for the performance appraisal system re- build key - performance appraisal indicators design . These provide a theoretical basis for the performance appraisal system rebuild . Finally, Jien Nickel Industry Co. , Ltd. as the target company , its existing performance appraisal of the status quo research analysis to identify the problems and the root causes of the performance appraisal system , and to build a new performance appraisal system , in order to adapt to the reality of business operating conditions .
