Abstract


Japanese low-carbon economy , a more comprehensive analysis of its strategic concept , the development of innovative mechanisms , as well as separate kinds of emission reduction method \First, the concept of low - carbon economy and the domestic part of the scholar 's point of view is summarized and briefly describes the development of the developed countries, low-carbon economy . Second, from the two aspects of the proposed background and the specific actions of the Japanese government 's \Focuses on the innovative mechanisms for the development of low-carbon economy and international emission reduction programs , and analysis of the separate kinds of emission reduction methods promote resistance . Fourth, the main factors restricting the development of low-carbon economy in Japan go into the details . Finally , for the status quo of China's economic development and the development of the problems faced in the process of low-carbon economy , drawing on the experience of Japan , combined with the specific conditions of the present stage in China , and put forward specific proposals for the development of low-carbon economy in China .
