Abstract


Economic globalization and regional economic integration is the world's most striking economic phenomena . From the point of view of institutional change , economic globalization is driven by market forces generated due to the inherent weaknesses of the original market system and system innovation , when the whole world to share the benefits of globalization , the world economy and therefore full of uncertainty , and the current economic crisis is economic globalization is a concentrated expression of the negative impact on the world economy . System of regional economic integration in the context of globalization , in order to reduce the cost of economic globalization , with the authority of the State directly to some of the world's market into the regional market and another institutional arrangements . The financial crisis in the United States , has evolved into a global financial crisis , the worldwide economic crisis , breaking the existing world economic equilibrium state , from all aspects of trade, investment, and financial impact has not yet formed the Institutional Cooperation in Northeast Asia . Countries in Northeast Asia in order to ward off risks against the economic crisis , reducing the uncertainties brought about by globalization , seeking the intention of the Northeast Asia Economic Cooperation . In this paper , by constructing a model of the process of economic integration in Northeast Asia under the impact of an economic crisis , under the verification crisis in Northeast Asia economic integration organization profit potential and expected changes in the cost of the Member States , to predict the post-crisis era in Northeast Asia the direction of the process of economic integration .
