Mauritania As a relatively backward developing country , has been conservative the problem of poverty torment , these problems are also Du seriously hampered the country's development and progress. So national governments will decided to adopt national poverty alleviation plans , looking forward to Through this program, be able to in 2015 makes the country's various aspects can to achieve a certain degree of out of poverty , from an economic upper and nationals of diathesis upper ( education extent and the concept of development ) comprehensively enhance the national comprehensive national strength . The current Mauritania country's main problem is the regional differences and urban-rural difference is bigger, States bear the the heavy external debt burden, nationals affected by level of education is not high , the government ability to govern is weak and civil society groups difficult to play its positive role. In order to truly achieve the country's poverty reduction get rich, respect of must have targeted to solve these problem, otherwise poverty alleviation work out of the question .
