Abstract

Davidia involucrata (Davidia involucrata) is a monotypic genus endemic to China , is a national level and endangered plants . Plant functional traits (Plant functional trait) is a hotspot of ecological research in recent years , it is able to respond to changes in the living environment and ecosystem function to some extent plant traits ; leaf functional traits (Leaf functional trait) and plant biomass and most closely related to plants on the availability of resources , the relationship between the use and utilization efficiency , and therefore has important ecological significance of Davidia involucrata leaf functional traits . In Davidia involucrata community of the research on the protected areas Houhe research Pearsons correlation analysis to analyze the relationship between the a Davidia involucrata main leaf functional traits , independent samples t-test to compare the Davidia involucrata and stand dominant tree species major leaf functional traits differences Davidia involucrata age main leaf function traits differences. Ye Jiancheng consumption of paper selected unit mass (CCm), Ye Jiancheng unit area of ??consumption ( CCa ) , specific leaf area ( SLA ) , leaf nitrogen content ( Nmass ) of unit mass per unit area of ??leaf nitrogen content (Narea), the largest photosynthetic rate (Amax), dumb respiration rate (Rd), light compensation point (LCP) and light saturation point (LSP) leaf functional traits . The main conclusions are as follows : 1 , SLA and CCm CCa Narea rendered at the 0.01 level was significantly negatively correlated ; the SLA and Nmass 0.01 level was a significant positive correlation . 2 , compared with other dominant tree species in the stand , dove significantly with higher SLA Nmass ; CCm, CCa, Narea is relatively low . This indicates that compared with the other trees in the stand , dove will be more effective use of limited resources at a competitive advantage within the community , interspecific competition may not be Davidia involucrata To risk factor . Davidia involucrata not age classes CCm of CCa , Amax, Rd, the LCP and LSP performance of D. involucrata Ⅲ grade gt ; Ⅱ level gt ; Level I , the SLA performance Davidia involucrata Ⅰ gt ; Ⅱ level gt ; ⅲ grade (p lt; 0.05). Davidia involucrata Ⅰ understory showed strong low-light ability to adapt , but built in the late level II process , leaf morphology and photosynthetic physiological characteristics showed shaded environment suited to light resources may is one of the main limiting factor Davidia involucrata population regeneration limited .
