Abstract


At present the situation of our coal mine safety production remains grim, it become the focus of people who pay more and more attention and national key construction investment projects. The production safety warning, emergency rescue communication, information as well as the entire monitoring network are put forward higher desired. It is very important requirement that Manager master the status of coal production immediately and effective at all level.As the function of mobile phones is continuously developing and perfecting and along with the rapid development of mobile communication network, Especially mobile Internet, data services such as the popularization of new functions, corresponding to mobile terminal equipment complexity, and also greatly increases in the mobile applications have become more widely. This paper analyzes the situation of coal enterprise wireless communications and the demand on mobile applications,and raises the Application of coal Mobile private network Based on TD-SCDMA , This research has completed the design and the implementation of the terminal software that called Mine GIS Scheduling System .It describes functional requirements and the design of whole network framework and interfaces first. Then it has created database and realized the software of production information center as server. After that, it has designed the cell phone software used GridGIS Mobile components at VS2005 development platform, in order to realize the functions of GIS visual searching and call scheduling. Finally,it summarized the whole text, and proposed some expectations to the subject.
