Abstract


With China's rapid economic development , the high-speed railway has entered a stage of rapid development . CTCS -3 Train Control System Technical Specifications and key technologies are studied , which RBC (Radio Block Center, RBC) is of CTCS 3 train control system ground core equipment , mainly mobile authorization issued the train interval control , is the impact of CTCS-3 train control system to control an important factor in the accuracy , efficiency , reliability and safety of . In this paper, the operational mechanism based on the analysis of CTCS-3 Train Control System to the RBC Center as an object of study , modeling and simulation . This article describes the development and current situation of the domestic and international train control system , and detailed functional decomposition based on the CTCS 3 train control system , drawn RBC system CTCS-3 Train Control System in importance and urgency . Then , analysis of the RBC in the CTCS 3 train control system and the overall structure of the RBC system functional requirements and vehicle equipment in the main control car operators scenes process of information exchange . According to the introduction of the structure and function of the RBC system directed graph the RBC control cars processes to establish formal model , the model uses the idea of \the mobile authorization model , registered with the start of the model , the level conversion model , the initial driving license model , RBC switching model , temporary speed limit model and the write-off model . Based on the the RBC control car model on the basis of VC 6.0 the RBC simulation system designed as a development platform , and combined with the computer-based interlocking simulation system , scheduling the center simulation system and vehicle simulation system structures from the RBC simulation environment . RBC simulation test program designed to build simulation debugging environment , complete RBC multi- car operation control testing and functional verification of RBC switching test .
