In livestock production, to understand the physiological behavior of livestock breeding to develop a sound system, improve animal performance and reduce the cost of livestock production has important practical significance. However, the physiological behavior of the animal body and external environment by a variety of factors, so that the physiological behavior of animals is very complicated. The research goal is to laying hens. Traditional detection methods are doing farm holding a variety of devices to detect various parameters, then the corresponding data to determine the health status of laying hens. Manual operation of equipment due to the frequent makes this approach has serious measurement errors, and many parameters difficult to detect. And frequent manual testing for laying hens also have an impact, so drop in egg production of laying hens. To this end, this paper establishes automatic monitoring system, using SCM recording layer weight, feed intake, water intake and other physiological parameters, in order to objectively evaluate different henhouse hens egg production environments provide data support. Thereby improving the hens rearing environment, reduce disease in chickens, increase production levels, reduce energy consumption and feeding costs, improve management efficiency and decision-making. Based on animal physiological parameters required for the following parameters for automatic paper detection, which includes changes in body weight of laying hens, laying hens daily excretion changes daily intake of laying hens frequency changes, the daily water intake of laying hens, eggs Daily laying chickens time, layers, real-time temperature changes, according to the requirements herein take the following measures: weight and water excretion and changes in this paper, a large volume production of standard parts weighing sensor, intake frequency in the detection of more complex routine testing there are many problems in this article to take two steps to solve the first scenario is based on the weight of the food to detect changes, the second is a location in cages mounted photoelectric switches to detect. Time is also laying hens in cages photoelectric switch at specific locations to detect. Laying hens temperature detected by infrared sensors to achieve. Environmental testing, is now the main environmental parameters on layer temperature and humidity inside the chicken coop. In this paper, according to the above requirements corresponding sensor assembly circuit to achieve the parameters of the test. Finally some parameters after each microcontroller ATmega16 simple processing, the final signal through standard RS485 serial communication interface for the IBM-compatible personal computers by the preparation of the corresponding software for real-time processing and control. The system can continuously provide multiple input channels. This article is intended application of electronic technology, computer software and hardware technology, the establishment of a real-time monitoring of physiological and behavioral feeding hens and environmental systems, and apply it to the hens coop, by experiment to verify the feasibility of the system, error, the actual results.
