On 110 cases of hydrosalpinx infertility patients plastic surgery repair laparoscopic tubal, pregnancy conditions of their follow-up analysis, further evaluation of laparoscopy in the diagnosis and treatment of hydrosalpinx and tubal function value of the impact on pregnancy outcome.MethodsApplication of laparoscopy in 2007 1 month-in April 2009 due to hydrosalpinx and in 110 cases of infertility patients with tubal repair plastic surgery. Intraoperative reference standards for tubal tubal function score to score, patients were followed up 39-12months, record different rates of pregnancy in patients with accumulation of hydrosalpinx, water recurrence.Results1.High rates of intrauterine pregnancy rate of 40%(6,6/15), the score group 21.5%(14,14/65), the low score group 6.7%(2,2/30) in three groups cases of intrauterine pregnancy rate after a significant difference. Tubal score higher, the higher the pregnancy rate after surgery.2.On the cumulative pregnancy rate for three types of score statistics, three groups of patients with low high school events at the time of pregnancy, more than 6 months after the increase over time, but to the first 18 months With no significant increase over time.3. With the score the lower the probability of recurrence of ectopic pregnancy and the water there is an increasing trend.Conclusions1.Pregnancy and tubal function in the assessment are relevance. 2.With the fallopian tube the higher in the score, the higher in the pregnancy rate after surgery; score lower, the lower pregnancy rate and ectopic pregnancy, stagnant water have increased relapse tendency.
