Abstract

Objective To develop scientific, effective, practical and worthy of our breast cancer patients psychosocial adaptation questionnaire; applying the questionnaire in patients with breast cancer psychosocial adaptation; investigate breast cancer patients with psychosocial adjustment and quality of life between. Methods in the literature review and on the concept of psychosocial adjustment of breast cancer patients defined on the basis of the conceptual framework proposed questionnaire form entry pool; breast cancer patients through semi-structured interviews and expert advice, the formation of breast cancer patients psychosocial adjustment initializes questionnaire. Using convenience sampling method, select the First Affiliated Hospital of China Medical University of breast cancer patients after surgical treatment of 228 cases for investigation, analysis and entry questionnaire reliability and validity (reliability using Cronbach's a coefficient and test-retest reliability as the evaluation index; validity using face validity, content validity, construct validity and criterion-related validity as an evaluation index). General information on self-designed questionnaire survey of patients with demographics and disease-related information; psychosocial adjustment of breast cancer patients using questionnaires and Quality of Life QLICP-BR were investigated in patients with breast cancer after the first, third and sixth before chemotherapy psychosocial adjustment and quality of life standards. Through psychosocial adjustment and quality of life and quality of life Pearson correlation analysis of factors affecting multiple regression analysis to explore breast cancer patients psychosocial adjustment and quality of life relationship. (2) Reliability ① internal consistency reliability: Total questionnaire Cronbach's a coefficient of 0.945, five dimensions Cronbach's a coefficient of 0.743-0.818. ② retest reliability: Total questionnaire retest correlation coefficient of 0.961, the five dimensions of test-retest correlation coefficient was 0.862-0.955, P <0.01. 2, breast cancer patients psychosocial adjustment and quality of life associated first times before chemotherapy for breast cancer patients psychosocial adjustment in the worst conditions, the relative best sixth before chemotherapy, the sixth before chemotherapy than in the first and third before chemotherapy were significantly increased (P <0.01); Section six breast cancer patients before chemotherapy, the level of quality of life than the first and third before chemotherapy were significantly increased (P <0.01), the first and third before chemotherapy before chemotherapy compared with no significant quality of life change (P gt; 0.05). Breast cancer patients psychosocial adjustment and quality of life was a significant positive correlation (P <0.01). Quality of Life univariate analysis, age, occupation, payment methods, educational level, family income and psychosocial adaptation effects on quality of life was statistically significant (P <0.05). Factors Affecting Quality of Life Regression analysis showed that psychosocial adjustment in the first, third and sixth chemotherapy in breast cancer patients before they affect the level of quality of life, is the main factors affecting the quality of life, psychosocial adaptation score high, its high level of quality of life. In addition to age in the third before chemotherapy into the regression equation, no other demographic indicators and the quality of life of patients there is a correlation between. Conclusion 1, this study developed breast cancer patients psychosocial adaptation questionnaire has good reliability and validity can be objectively and effectively assess breast cancer patients psychosocial adaptation, with high practicality and promotional value. 2, sixth breast cancer patients before chemotherapy psychosocial adjustment and quality of life levels than the first, and the third before chemotherapy were significantly improved. 3, breast cancer patients with psychosocial adjustment and quality of life was significantly positively correlated; breast cancer patient's quality of life and psychosocial adjustment factors influencing improve the patient's psychosocial adaptation can improve their quality of life standards.
