Objective: This project aims to observe and evaluate the compound Yang Guizhi Decoction stable angina pectoris Blood safety and effectiveness, and thus in-depth exploration of Chinese medicine treatment of coronary heart disease in new ways. Methods: October 2008 - December 2009 Guangdong Provincial Second Hospital outpatient and inpatient aged 40-75 years, with yang deficiency and blood stasis in line with stable angina pectoris in patients with coronary heart disease were 60 cases, using simple random oriented approach, will be selected by the proportion of 1:1 into the treatment group and the control group. The treatment group received compound Guizhi Tang (daily pay, each 150ml, 2 times a day orally) treatment; CSDP control group (each 10, 3 times daily) therapy. The treatment lasted a month. Angina pectoris during treatment in both groups were temporary sublingual nitroglycerin, disable other drug treatment of angina pectoris. Observed before and after treatment in patients with clinical symptoms improved, angina pectoris and nitroglycerin stopped by the rate of change; electrocardiogram before and after treatment, respectively, blood lipids, blood rheology, liver and kidney function and other tests, compared with the control group. Results: ① after the end of treatment, patients treated with total efficiency of TCM syndrome, the cure rate was 83.3%, 13.3%; control group were 76.7%, 3.3%, respectively in improving TCM syndrome treatment group than the control group (P lt; 0.05). After treatment of angina markedly improved was 40.0%, total effective rate was 86.7%; markedly improved angina control group was 16.7%, total effective rate was 73.4%, the two groups in terms of efficiency angina were comparable (P lt; 0.05), but the total efficiency of the two groups showed no significant difference (P gt; 0.05). After treatment, nitroglycerin stopped by 83.3% in the control group was 70.0%, the two groups showed no significant difference (P gt; 0.05), but the treatment group in nitroglycerin withdrawal rate than the control group (P lt; 0.05). Help relieve symptoms in the treatment group, slowing angina and reduce the frequency of administration of nitroglycerin has certain advantages. ② ECG improvement total effective rate was 83.3% in the control group, the total effective rate was 70.0%, the difference was not statistically significant (P gt; 0.05). After treatment, TC, HDL, LDL were lower than before treatment (P lt; 0.05), while no significant change in TG (P gt; 0.05), the treatment group TC, HDL, LDL improvement has obvious advantages compared with the control group (P lt ; 0.05). After treatment, hematocrit, plasma viscosity, whole blood viscosity, high shear whole blood viscosity improvement compared with the control group, there were significant differences (P lt; 0.05), especially in the hematocrit, blood high shear viscosity aspects more significant improvement than the control group (P lt; 0.01). The treatment group in reducing blood viscosity, lower plasma cholesterol levels than the control group; groups in improving the ST segment and T wave change similar efficacy. ③ liver function before and after treatment alanine aminotransferase (ALT), aspartate aminotransferase (AST) and renal blood urea nitrogen (BUN), creatinine (Cr) examination showed essentially the same compared with before treatment and found no worsening. The two groups in the clinical course of treatment had no adverse reaction. Conclusion: Compound Yang Guizhi decoction can effectively improve blood stasis in patients with stable angina pectoris clinical symptoms, signs, and taking safety. Really achieve the right coronary artery disease in patients with stable angina pectoris role of tackling the problem, with a high clinical value.
