Abstract


Abstract: In this study, 2 × 3 mixed design team explored reflection, team operation times on shared mental models , team effectiveness influence . By the 54 university students 18 3 stratified groups, were randomly divided into control group , group reflection group and individual reflection groups. Respectively, in a team operation , team work twice measured shared mental models and team effectiveness . The results showed that : ( 1 ) shared mental models do not work with the team to increase the frequency of the development ; ( 2 ) the effectiveness of the team with the team operation times increase development ; ( 3 ) of the individual team reflection reflections on shared mental models have a positive predict ; ( 4 ) the effectiveness of team operation times on the team has a positive predictive effect ; ( 5 ) shared mental models in team operation times on the team performance , team effectiveness of the process can not afford an intermediary role .
