Feng strengthened his control and influence on the party, and army, government, and people from the mind, economic and public opinion, which made Henan province reach the military and political unity and social stability, when Henan is under the control of Feng Yuxiang, he implemented various powerful and effective initiatives and means of social control, which made a contribution in the fight against the feudal forces, the introduction of modern consciousness, and even the process of modernization in HenanProvince. But there were some limitations on policies, especially on the control of military personnel, which gave birth to his failure in the end.
