Abstract


The development of the network technical is so fast that it makes the electronic commerce as a new trade mode to be built up,which makes the transaction immediately and extensively of each realm. How to resolve the law problems that create from various complicated social network is a valuable research. The electronic-error became one of the most complicated law problems, so that the electronic commerce law could be focus on it.This paper is on the view of the Convention on the Use of Electronic Communications in International Contracts.Firstly, this paper analyzes the relevant provisions of the electronic-error; Secondly, this paper contrasts the meaning of the relevant provisions among this Convention, some international treaties and other countries’corresponding electronic commerce legislations; Tiredly, this paper researches on the history of the Article 14 " Error in electronic communications "; Finally, based on those researches, the author point out the shortcomings of this Convention and put forward some suggestions.
