Abstract


The ultimate trend of mixed operation of China's financial industry has been very clear , relative to other organizational forms , the financial holding company is China's financial sector from a separate operation to the mixed operation in the promotion of global economic integration and financial globalization , an optimal choice of system . From a practical point of view , the financial holding company in the development of our country has begun to take shape . However , the current authorities to monitor implementation by China 's Banking Regulatory Commission, Securities Regulatory Commission , China Insurance Regulatory Commission three agencies have been behind the development of the financial holding company , and can not be effective supervision . Of supervision of financial holding companies exist , such as the lack of appropriate laws and regulations ; the imperfect coordination mechanism between the various financial regulatory agencies ; regulatory backward series of problems that affect our financial regulatory effect .
