Abstract


Bona fide acquisition as an important system of property rights in the Property Law , the purpose of its establishment is to maintain dynamic security of property transactions and adjust the relationship between property rights and the third party 's interests . Is now determined by the civil law of most countries in the world , but are generally limited to real estate , does not apply to real property acquired in good faith .
