Abstract


In the production of internationalization and globalization of markets , driven by the dual power , global supply chain formation and development very rapidly , to bring a new way to enhance the competitiveness . With the continuous development of Tianjin Port Free Trade Zone , the bonded area of international logistics operational level and the level of concentration is gradually increased , making many of the major electronics manufacturers will Bonded zero inventory production as an important strategic base and international logistics distribution center , in order to achieve \But compared to the surrounding free trade zone, Tianjin Port Free Trade Zone management system and customs control model is relatively backward , causing the area of ​​electronic products in the international distribution industry at a disadvantage in international competition . Management model based on the theory of the division of labor gradually revealed various shortcomings , such as the organization and management costs, management efficiency , departmental conflicts can not effectively meet customer demand , the lack of awareness of innovation and so on . Michael Hammer in 1990 first proposed the Business Process Reengineering (BPR) concept , and subsequently with James Champy set off a wave of BPR study and practice of traditional management thinking and modes are \order in terms of cost , quality, service and speed of four key performance made ​​significant improvements. This paper analyzes the BPR theoretical inadequacies of existing research , as well as the applicability of TRIZ for BPR and support , in order to build a model based on TRIZ innovation BPR .
