Abstract


Higher Vocational Education after nearly a decade of rapid growth in size has occupied half of higher education, is currently in the expansion into a comprehensive content from the key to the construction period. Therefore, an urgent need for a number of advanced concepts, the distinctive characteristics of higher vocational colleges lead the way, and actively explore the practice, making the development of a model of reform pioneer, become the representative of the country and the world leader in higher vocational colleges, leading all of our high- sustained and healthy development of vocational schools. To this end, the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Finance in 2006 officially launched vocational \level of operating efficiency and radiation have a greater ability to improve, play an exemplary role in persuading the higher vocational education to accelerate reform and development to better serve economic construction and social development, and truly become a model development, reform demonstration, management demonstrations. In this paper, Hunan national demonstration vocational colleges as the research object, through which the three institutions demonstration finding mission to understand the current national demonstration vocational colleges Hunan construction status, summarize them made in the construction process outstanding achievements, find out the problem still exists, and to the future construction of ideas and measures put forward a point of personal opinion, and I hope each demonstration vocational colleges and other common construction of vocational colleges some help. This thesis is divided into five chapters: The first chapter is the introduction, the study focuses on the origin, status, significance and research ideas and methods, to pave the way for the later writing. The second chapter introduces the construction of national demonstration vocational colleges related theories, including the core definition, national demonstration vocational colleges building goals and tasks and the national demonstration vocational colleges standard analysis. The third chapter introduces the national demonstration Hunan Vocational College Building achievements. The fourth chapter is a national demonstration Hunan Vocational College Building Access Survey findings and analysis of the problems. Chapter V focuses urgent need to address the issues raised some countermeasures, through professional groups, school-enterprise cooperation mechanisms and high levels of long-term construction of teachers, practice teaching reform and social service capabilities, and constantly improve the demonstration vocational colleges their construction, and promote overall healthy development of higher vocational education.
