Abstract


In recent years, the inflow of FDI to China increased year by year, the number had a significant impact on China's economic development. Large part of the FDI flows to China's electronic information industry. According to the data released by the net wealth, only in January 2010 to September, China's electronic information industry, the cumulative FDI inflows reached $ 74.34 billion. Meanwhile, the scale of China's electronic information industry continues to expand, increasing the proportion of share of China's high-tech industry. On the surface, FDI promote the development of China's electronic information industry. However, FDI on the development of China's electronic information industry-funded enterprises really beneficial? This problem is the focus of China's electronic information industry and reasonable use of FDI. China's electronic information industry as the research object, focusing on the domestic department of China's electronic information industry, the use of the method of combining theory and empirical. First, China's electronic information industry development analysis. The dominance of China's electronic information industry in the national economy, the spatial distribution of China's electronic information industry of FDI and FDI in China's electronic information industry in recent years show the new features. In theory, analysis of the spillover effects of FDI domestic-funded enterprises, mainly from the analysis of the mechanism of the spillover effects of FDI on domestic companies in China's electronic information industry investment, high-tech human resources, technological progress and industrial upgrading. Empirical, by principal component analysis using SPSS software, select 2003-2009 Statistical Yearbook of China's high-tech industries of electronic information industry data model to an empirical analysis of FDI spillovers. It can be seen that the negative spillover effects of FDI on China's electronic information industry domestic sector. Cause analysis, and then through the empirical results from an investment point of view, high-tech talent point of view, the point of view of technological progress and industrial upgrading the perspective of reason analysis. Finally, according to the existing problems of China's electronic information industry use of FDI, put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions. Related Suggestions are described from three angles of the macro-government level, meso-industrial level, micro-enterprise level. Take Measures to approach real FDI in domestic departments to strengthen China's electronic information industry, to change the unreasonable embarrassment, to better promote the health of China's electronic information industry, a good development.
