Abstract


College students is an important part of the university management , the students enrolled in the school graduation, school leavers and other processes , including the the appraised in recognition of the quality of education , apartment management , psychological counseling as one of the cumbersome and complex work collection. However, the work flow of current college students , there are many problems , such as workflow unreasonable , the organization runs sluggish , quality and efficiency is not high , excessive costs , and low student satisfaction . Workflow technology is a new technology for rapid development of computer applications and computer information technology field , and in the day-to-day management of the college students , the introduction of workflow technology to meet the processing needs of students working in business processes . This article studies the workflow technology and its application to the college students . The paper introduced the basic concept of workflow , the concept of Petri nets workflow modeling language , the basic principle is analyzed . Idea of business process reengineering , in a detailed analysis of restructuring and reengineering existing college students working business processes based on Petri net workflow model , draw the students ' work and evaluated. This is the first introduction of workflow technology among college students work to achieve the restructuring and reengineering of existing business processes , and to optimize the allocation of the existing information resources , the establishment of the overall process model based on workflow technology college students work , provides a basis for the further development of domestic college students .
