Abstract


Non-governmental charitable organizations to use the media to spread the spirit of public service is to think about and study the problem under our strong proponent of the idea of ??a harmonious society. Non-governmental charitable organization when entering into the stage of stable development of media companies to promote public spirit has become particularly important, in which there have been many success stories, but there are many problems in practical cooperation with the media. Non-governmental charitable organizations how to use the mass media to express their voice, to improve citizens charitable awareness, become an important strategic issue for the development of charity. China is now in a society in transition, there are a variety of contradictions in society, such as the widening of the gap between the rich and the poor, the unemployed population increased. The functions of government will inevitably not take into account the situation in each area, and charitable organizations, and government can form a very good complement major historic task standing on the height of a harmonious society is also the party and the country has been vigorously promoting the development of charitable organizations . The development of non-governmental charitable organization has increasingly attracted the attention of non-governmental charitable organizations how to disseminate public spirit, however, rarely involves existing charitable organizations are also mostly confined to learn from the management, law, social security point of view of science and other research, case studies or good only for the current operating conditions of non-governmental charitable organization, for a probe into the use of the media to disseminate public spirit of non-governmental charitable organization from the point of view of the Communication are very few.
