Abstract


China's stock market, after nearly two decades of development , regardless of the number of listed companies or the size of the transaction have made considerable progress , but China's stock market still has a large volatility , and volatility , the stock price Qi Zhang Qi or exhibit greater systemic risk . Stock price fluctuations and changes in the performance of listed companies related degree , mainly due to the impact of national policies . According to the traditional financial theory , the behavior of institutional investors will be closer to the \However, the emergence of behavioral finance , this questioning that the performance of institutional investors in the stock market is not, as the traditional financial theory described as \In this case , the analysis of institutional investors' behavior on the stability of the stock market and further measures to improve the stock market it is very necessary . The specific process of argumentation , we selected three angles , systematic analysis of the behavior of institutional investors on the basis of theoretical and empirical research on the behavior of institutional investors in the stock market stable relationship , deviation and its impact on the stability of China 's stock market . Finally, institutional investors in China are not yet play a stabilizing market functions to analyze and improve our institutional investors based on several countermeasures to stabilize the stock market .
