Abstract


Development of information technology led to a revolution in the field office, office automation (Office Automation, abbreviated OA) rapid development of technology not only greatly improve the efficiency of daily work, and enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises to become a powerful tool . While the Chengdu Railway Bureau East Depot for Standardization has far-reaching significance, it is fully save manpower, material resources, rational use of resources, improve work efficiency. The construction of standardized production management system to improve the company's efficiency and quality of work, to achieve a paperless office, the traditional office model to the standardized, comprehensive, scientific direction, to promote the modernization of enterprise management has a positive meaning. Based on the Chengdu East Depot standardization of the actual requirements, analysis and design of Lotus Domino / Notes platform to achieve the standardization of production management information system. This paper first introduces the background of office automation, concepts and research status, in order for the office automation have a comprehensive understanding. This article also describes the concept of standardization and the introduction of a standardized meaning. This article will Lotus Domino / Notes platform, system architecture, database features and the development of methods to study and concluded that the Lotus Domino / Notes platform either from the database structure, workflow, development perspective, system openness can meet the Chengdu Railway Bureau East Depot standardization work management information system to the actual needs. Secondly, the paper analyzes the design and implementation of the standardization of production management systems. Standardized production management system is modular in design to the Unified Modeling Language and natural language combination of functional modules of the system are described in detail. Then summarizes the Notes database form design features and illustrates Notes database form, view design. Next, for the safety of the system analysis and design. Finally, according to the results achieved in this analysis and design office management information system and focuses on a few main functional modules as well as a concrete realization of system security implementation. The system has started trial operation used to good effect to achieve the desired design goals, reaching the Chengdu Railway Bureau East Depot standardization requirements.
