Abstract


With the continuous development of science and technology, information technology, management used more and more widely, the implementation of management information systems (MIS) has gradually matured technically. The management information system is a continuous development of new disciplines, and enterprises to survive and develop, it is necessary to strengthen the effective management of internal resources (such as human, financial, material, etc.), the establishment of a management information system that is compatible with its own characteristics . Library Management System is a typical Information Management System. Library Information Management System is to rationalize the books, means of information management, library management. In order to meet the need for information technology rapid development of information construction, combined with the actual situation of the Sichuan Business Vocational College Library, development and design of the library management system suited to our hospital. The overall design goals for the development of the system is to achieve systematic borrow books, standardization, and network and achieve centralized management books, as well as users online queries and borrow books. Development mainly includes the establishment of data integrity, security database and fully functional, beautiful and easy to use foreground application. After analysis, combined with the actual demand of hospital library management information, the first library management system developed by the technical requirements and feasibility analysis of the software engineering process, and made a demand of the whole system and the back-end database, and to establish the basis for analysis and design of the database structure and data tables are to be summarized. The basic functional requirements of the system described in this paper, including administrators, users, books, bulletin information management, as well as books to borrow and return of function implementation method. After careful analysis, the function of the system has done a detailed overview of the implementation process. Among them, the use of the system structure diagram contains modules to the system described in the description of some of the key modules of code and effect diagram, the language and function of the entire system in order to better express. Design implementation on the basis of these analyzes, the main application of the C # language system as a database to SQLServer2005 using ASP NET technology and B / S structure of the management system, the completion of the design task. The system's operation shows that the library management system designed to meet the common needs of readers, library staff, system administrators, three. The system user-friendly interface, easy to operate, and to meet the need of the day-to-day business of our hospital library, can not only reduce the labor intensity of management personnel, improve library management personnel efficiency, but also for readers' convenience book information, the library's resources are fully utilization. Meanwhile, due to the use of computer management, can improve the way of the traditional manual management, improve the management level.
