Abstract


Our working capital management , mostly concentrated in the three aspects of working capital management, working capital policy , working capital management efficiency , less working capital structure . Literature tend to study the working capital and business performance , the enterprise value of the relationship , separate from the working capital structure perspective study the profitability of the article . Intense competition in the market to promote the retail industry must continue to improve profitability and strengthen competitiveness . Working capital structure is reasonable or not , affect the normal operation of the retail turnover efficiency , thereby affecting its level of profitability . In this paper, in this context topics. The paper first introduces the theory of the working capital and profitability ; followed by scatter plots and descriptive statistics about the status of the capital structure and profitability of retail listed companies operating in China , and both a simple analysis of the status quo ; then using factor analysis , correlation analysis , step by step regression and empirical research operating capital structure on profitability and earnings packet Research , draw empirical conclusions and put forward a set of recommendations ; Finally, the empirical results . The paper for the first time specifically to study the impact of working capital structure on profitability , verified the existence of such effects , draw this conclusion operating capital structure than the impact on the profitability of the capital structure . Papers will be working capital structure indicators as independent variables included in the model , changing both the only current ratio single indicator or less a few indicators research , as working capital structure indicators . In the study , including not only the overall sample , and also includes earnings packet samples drawn the earnings good and the earnings differential group profitability and the conclusions of the different indicators of the impact of working capital structure .
