Abstract


After the reform and opening up, China has produced a new group of workers - migrant workers. As a basic member of the society, the migrant workers made great contributions for urban construction and economic development. However, they always drifted away from the edge of the city, and the corresponding social security rights in the absence of state. Endowment insurance of migrant workers issue is not the problem, but most need to be addressed is the bottleneck restricting the long-term urban and rural economic and social development. While migrant workers pension insurance problem has been the earnest attention of the government, experts, scholars, and paid in practice, from the actual operating results, it is still a big gap between policy mind. Paper selected government functions as a study of migrant workers pension insurance point of view, combing the characteristics of groups of migrant workers and migrant workers pension insurance policies, the current system health based on the proposed construction of old-age insurance system for government-led migrant workers both fully The theoretical basis for a profound basis in reality, the government has the will, the ability to provide old-age security for migrant workers groups.
