Abstract


Case-based reasoning technology is gradually on the rise in the last decade , an artificial intelligence methodology , case-based reasoning technology can solve new problems, according to the methods and experience of the past to solve the problem with the case instead of the traditional rules , the flexibility of change in the case base greatly reduces the difficulty of access to knowledge . Case-based reasoning technology has convenient access to knowledge , easy to understand , inspired thinking , acceptance of advantages , more practical than the traditional rule-based reasoning expert system . This article studies how the case-based reasoning technology in the field of career choice decisions , multifaceted significance . Job seekers to help them learn from successful people 's experience of the career choice and career success , with his background , career interests, strengths match in order to more effectively select for businesses , to help them quickly and easily selected out suitable positions need talent . This article describes the workflow of case-based reasoning technology to discuss the method of case-based reasoning , the advantages and disadvantages of case-based reasoning technology , research status , case-based reasoning methods in the field of design , diagnosis , followed by a discussion with them than the strong relationship between knowledge management theory to study the process of case-based reasoning process and knowledge management contact . Subsequently, the paper studied the classical theory of career choice : Parsons career - matching theory and Holland 's vocational aptitude theory , and draws on the career choices of theoretical results , the factors that influence career choices finishing summarized and analysis. On this basis , the characteristics of the object of study - career choice , this article focuses on the application of case-based reasoning approach in the career choices of the solution process , to discuss the implementation of key technologies in various steps , including the index weight calculation method , case said , case retrieval method , case correction and learning methods and case base maintenance methods . Finally, case-based reasoning technology career choice system implementations , system analysis and design to use the C builder binding SQL Server database to complete the development of the system , and the system described in detail .
