Abstract


With China's accession to the WTO , the audit market opening up , China 's CPA industry encountered a lot of problems , the community and the management of the CPA profession must seriously think about how to become bigger and stronger domestic accounting firms . I long career GZLN of Certified Public Accountants firm , for a long time, has been in the size of the domestic and international are caught , it is difficult to get rid of the bottlenecks in the development . In this regard, the firm should take what development strategy to maintain and expand their own territory in the increasingly fierce competition in the market , where is the theme of this paper . This paper analyzes the development status of GZLN CPAs use of the the PEST method of analysis of the external macro environment , using Porter's five forces model analysis of the competitive environment of the industry analysis GZLN CPA industry environment that , as a medium - sized accounting firm GZLN accounting firms are facing development bottlenecks , all have strengths and weaknesses , opportunities and threats exist . This paper argues that the GZLN CPA should be achieved through the establishment of a branch office or a member of the Group CPA form to the large-scale development strategy . We argue that Although GZLN accounting firm is facing tremendous competitive pressure , but through in-depth analysis of the competitive environment and the development of the situation , to play to their strengths and avoid its disadvantages , seize opportunities , meet challenges , and competitive development strategy to develop practical and be implemented , it is entirely possible to get rid of now bottleneck in the development and awkward posture .
