Abstract


Dual economic structure can be described as the essential characteristics of China's economic , financial and core areas of economic development , economic development in many of the deep-seated contradictions and problems are bound to focus reflected in the financial sector . From the fundamental solution to these problems , we must develop the financial as the top priority , and vigorously promote the scientific development of the financial sector and promote the effective conversion of the dual economy is a precondition for sustainable development of China's economic health in the new period , while the financial development and important condition. Based on this , the paper , based on elaborate research background and significance , the whole idea of the article, and research methods , in accordance with the spiritual content of the urban and rural economic development , combined with the actual situation of China's financial support system and economic structure , the use of a dual economy relations and financial development of theoretical knowledge , analysis of the financial needs of the urban and rural economic development , and the constraints of financial co-ordinate the development of the main factors , the use of econometric methods to analyze the relationship between China's current dual economic and financial development , gradually push forward reform of the financial system reform and perfect financial organization system , strengthen financial policy support to the less developed regions and rural areas , to create a good financial ecological environment , promote the healthy development of the financial coordination , and promote the coordinated development of urban and rural economy , and gradually change the urban-rural dual economic structure , narrowing the gap between urban and rural areas not only achieve the strategic objectives of the urban and rural economic development , but also fast and steady development of the inevitable economic and social requirements and new rural construction support .
