Abstract


The pension system in China started relatively late , weak economic foundation problems . In recent years, the phenomenon of the aging population in China has become increasingly prominent , old before getting rich , the large scale of the aging population , aging faster characterized the resulting decline in proportion of the labor force in China , increased spending on social security the burden of payment burden the social security fund is facing urgent pressure on the value-added . China's social security fund completed its mission to add value primarily through domestic investment , overseas investment accounted for less than 7% of the entire social security fund 's total . Domestic investment -related factors can not be completed powerful value-added demand purpose of the Social Security Fund , the overseas investment can effectively alleviate the pressure . Firstly, through the introduction of social security fund investment related concepts and basic theory , expounded the necessity of China's social security fund for overseas investment ; followed by analysis of China's social security focus from investment managers, investment products and investment market three angles fund for overseas investment in the status quo ; then we analyze the risk of overseas investment of the social Security Fund may experience , and risk is mainly attributed to two major sources , on the one hand, from the non-systematic risk of the exchange rate , the state tax , on the other hand from the market liquidity , information disclosure and transaction costs , and operating aspects of systemic risk ; article draws in part on the social security fund investment management experience of foreign countries , especially the United States , Sweden and Chile , the practice of overseas investment of China's social security fund health provides a reference to the development of ideas ; mainly from the social security fund overseas investment risk prevention and diversified investment channels to select two aspects that the health of the overseas investment of China's social security fund , the road of sustainable development , focusing on recommendations of social Security in properly selected emerging , mature and standardize the investment market for overseas investment at the same time , the fund can also expand the broader overseas investment products , take full advantage of the opportunity , take advantage of the excellent investment managers and higher investment income , in order to effectively protect our the added value of the social Security Fund .
