Abstract


In today 's global economic integration , the private equity investment as a financial innovation success . Play an important role to develop multi-level capital market and broaden the financing channels for enterprises , and promote the development of high-tech enterprises in the development of the global economy . Active in recent years , the private equity industry in China's emerging capital markets , this innovative financial instruments from the United States , in China shows the same vitality . At the same time, the problem of financing difficulties faced by SMEs in China , seriously restricting the development of enterprises . Broaden direct financing channels have been imminent. The interests of the community as a matter of fact , the private equity investment fund not only broaden the financing channels for SMEs , more corporate governance structure innovation agency problems provide a better solution . I have reason to believe that the small and medium enterprises with a combination of private equity investment , will certainly lay a solid foundation for the growth of SMEs and, ultimately, to enter the securities market financing . The purpose of this research is trying difficult to overcome growth barriers for our country SMEs provide advice and hope that the majority of small and medium enterprises to be able to recognize the role of private equity investment enterprise development . The system introduced in the concept of private equity investment , characteristics, classification , this paper combined with the situation of our country and the international private equity mature experience , from the multi-angle analysis of the specific performance of private equity investment for SMEs : broaden the financing channels for enterprises to improve corporate governance , enhance the capacity for sustainable development , promote industrial upgrading . Finally correctness through empirical test theory analysis . Underpricing of IPO - listed companies corporate performance and stock price situation as the starting point , the use of descriptive statistics and multivariate regression equation method of analysis with the support of the private equity investment enterprises and private equity investment support in the indicators on the differences . The study eventually confirmed the positive role of private equity investment in improving corporate solvency , development ability . Finally recommendations .
