Abstract


Commercial banks as an important part of a country's financial system , has been an important aspect of the reform of China's financial system . With the gradual opening up of China's financial industry when , in the face of competition with foreign banks , the bank 's modernization reform becomes even more important. Commercial bank corporate governance issues both general universality , also has its particularity , , this problem is more general concern of the people of the sub-prime crisis and the global financial turmoil . How to improve the operational performance of the commercial banks in China to improve the corporate governance of the domestic banks , has been the focus of the older generation of scholars . In this paper, on the basis of studying the relevant literature , the first detailed combing the company's shareholding structure theory , followed a specific description and analysis of the status quo of China's commercial banks . In the above basis , the paper selects the relevant data of 14 listed domestic joint-stock commercial banks , to study full circulation background , the commercial banks in the shareholding structure of its performance , including : commercial banks equity nature of their performance commercial banks in of Ownership Concentration their performance impact . In this paper, a multiple regression model , find Ownership Structure and Performance of Contact , and then depth analysis of the nature of equity and equity concentration Bank . Study found that : the shareholding structure of China's commercial banks have shares in proportion with the commercial bank 's performance was a negative correlation between ; legal person shares and Commercial Bank Performance of relationship is not obvious ; public shares the number with the commercial bank performance was a negative correlation between ; Ownership Concentration and commercial banks The performance was an inverted U-shaped relationship . Finally , for the status of the development of China 's commercial banks and the empirical results , the paper proposed to optimize the shareholding structure of China 's commercial banks suggestions .
