Abstract


Many scholars have argued that the opening up of the capital account is a necessity of the development of the capital market . China's current gradually open China 's capital market . Since 2001 , China has formulated, and the introduction of certain capital projects related to open foreign exchange policy . Based on the research and results of past scholars , through the observation of the capital projects since 2001 , the introduction of the foreign exchange policy of opening up and development of China 's capital market , China's capital market in the economic performance of these policies observed through a series of data chart trying to Brief Analysis of the relationship between China's capital account foreign exchange policy and capital market development . At the same time , to draw on previous research results , a simple analysis of the relationship between the opening of the capital and other monetary policy , fiscal policy , etc. . Based on the above observation and analysis , and recommendations for the future opening of the capital , and capital market development . Recommendations to further accelerate and expand the size of the opening of the capital , to further sort , the perfect capital projects under the foreign exchange policy , improve its legal effect and validity ; same time , should play a coordinating role in supporting macroeconomic policy , monetary policy and fiscal policy to ensure the success of the opening up and development of the capital market , and thus more to promote the healthy development of the economy .
