Abstract


Network value-added information services with high added value , the pilot strategic industries of the high correlation degree , high intellectual input attributes . With the rapid development of network technology and the implementation of the triple play , the information needs of the growing number of network users diversified , personalized , one-stop , information services and user requirements through a very easy way . Beijing is the richest city in China's information resources , make full use of the advantages of the development of network information value-added services is the driving force to promote the Beijing optimization of industrial structure and economic development . How to balance the information needs of the growing network users and network value-added services related to enterprise development, corporate and government problems to be solved . The scientific model of development is the key to promote the development of value-added services in the network information . This article first defines the concept of network value-added information services and network value-added services development model . Internal and external environment of the Beijing Municipal Development network of value-added information services and analysis based on the SWOT analysis model , and summed up the problems in its development . By comparative analysis of the areas with a higher level of development of the domestic and international network value-added information services and the successful experience of the city , recommended an active role in the development of the Beijing network information value-added services development . On this basis , building drive and network convergence environment technology -driven , user demand for pulling power , network operators leading multi-party cooperation and win-win industrial development model . Proposed initiatives to protect the the Beijing network information value-added services development to the Beijing municipal government and corporate decision-making reference for the development of network information value-added services faster and better .
